WELCOME
Thanks for checking out this event. Let me give you the rundown of what you need to know, or just scroll to the bottom to register for this course.
Course Description
This three-day class will expand on the basic principles learned in the Head and Neck course and apply it to the hips, back, arms, legs, hands, and feet. That might sound like a lot to cover in just 3 days, but by using Mr. Stephenson view of the body, you will quickly see the similarities and connections that will make it very easy to understand and apply.
Lessons Covered
Do you know someone you’d like to help with their sciatic pain? How about a bunion or sprained ankle? This course has all that plus things like pain between the shoulders and those pesky bumps some people get on their wrist.
Just like in the first course, we have a lot of great topics covered in this course. But to keep it from being a jumbled mess, here is the format:
Day 1 is a seated massage that addresses the hips and legs
Day 2 we bring out the table to work down the legs
Day 3 is back to seated to work the back, shoulders and down the arms
Class Requirements
For each day you will need the following:
Relaxed clothing
2 bath towels
2 hand towels
A small bottle of olive oil
A robe (optional)
Class Duration
This is a three-day course. Each day will be for 9 hours (8 hours of instruction and 1 hour for a lunch break).
For this class, Somer has selected March 7th, 8th, and 9th from 8:30 to 5:30. The start and end time is subject to change based on the input she gets back from the group selected to attend.
Class Size
We want to make sure that every student gets proper instruction and feedback during this course. So the size of the class is limited to 6 unless Somer calls in an aid to help out.
A small class is also a lot more fun! So don’t spend too much time reading this and miss out on saving your place in the class.
Instructor
No surprise here. Your instructor is going to be Somer Joy Eberly. You can go to the “Our Instructors” page found at the top of the website if you like, but take my word for it, she is amazing and one day you will thank me for directing you to her class (Period)
Awarded Upon Completion
Our courses are approved by the NCBTMB and the Arkansas State Board of Massage Therapy. If you are not currently a massage therapist, that probably doesn’t mean much to you, but you will still get 24 hours of CEU and a transcript to show you completed those hours.
These are great but, the real reward is the ability to help the people you care about using the knowledge gained from the course.
Cost of the Course
Your total for this course is just $375.
